How to take care of our products

 

Silver – It is suggested to avoid hard contact in order to prevent scratches. In order to clean, using mild soap is recommended. After that, rinse it with water and rub it with a lint cloth to make it dry before putting it in storage. However, silver can commonly tarnish over time, in order to avoid the tarnishing process it is recommended to wear it often.

 

Gold – normally, it is a durable material, so cleaning it with a soft cloth once in a while will do 

 

Gold Vermeil – in order to maintain its color, it is recommended to clean it with a soft cloth. Avoid wearing it when showering or when swimming. Although it can be commonly tarnished over time, it is suggested to wear it often in order to prevent it from tarnishing

 

Gemstone – It should be cleaned with mild detergent and warm water. Be careful not to scrub it too hard or else damage can occur by leaving a scratch on the stone. Also when wearing, it is recommended to avoid hard contact.

 

Nylon String – in order to clean the nylon string, it is recommended to scrub the string with a soft brush and toothpaste or mild detergent then rinse it with water. Make sure to dry it before putting it into storage

 

Pearl – It is very sensitive to alcohol, so it should be avoided. It is recommended not to wear it when swimming or when taking a shower. In order to clean, you can wipe it with a soft cloth.

It is advised that all types of our jewelry should not be put in damp or humid conditions. Moreover, it should be protected from any chemicals.

Warranty 

If the jewelry proves to be defective in material or has workmanship issues we will repair them at no cost. If it cannot be fixed, we will replace the item and will also bear the shipping cost. However, customers should inform us within 14 days.

Return and Exchange Policy

You can return your jewelry free of charge (within Thailand only) for any reason. Your jewelry must be in the same condition during the time of purchase and a return request must be approved from RAVIPA. We must then receive your jewelry back within 14 days.

In order to exchange our product which is defective, only goods with the same edition and price or a lower price can be exchanged. It is reminded that there would be no refund

If our product is defective, has workmanship issues, or need to be cleaned, you can always send your product back to RAVIPA Flagship Store Room 137, 139 Suanluang Square, Chula 16, Wang Mai, Pathum Wan District, Bangkok 10330 However before doing that you need to contact us first via e-mail: contact@ravipa.com

After buying our product, if you would like to clean your product, RAVIPA offer you a free cleaning service in every branch of our stores
