Terms and Conditions for purchasing Labubu Baby - RAVIPA x The Monsters

Collection Labubu Baby - RAVIPA x The Monsters available in bracelets, necklaces, rings, and earrings with the limited Labubu Baby Art Toy only 200 pieces per design.

For those interested in making a purchase, the brand will open an online registration to shop on www.ticketmelon.com. The online registration will be available starting from November 26, 2024, at 4:00 PM onwards. Only those who successfully complete the registration will be eligible to make a purchase at the RAVIPA, Labubu Baby Pop-Up Store, Central World, 1st Floor, Beacon Zone. There are two main purchase options available as follows:

Option 1: Purchasing products in the form of a Box Set with a total value of 43,870 THB.

The online registration for eligible individuals to purchase products in Option 1 will open for only 10 rounds* per day. In each round, 6 individuals will get to purchase products in the form of a Box Set. Each individual can purchase up to a maximum of 6 Box Sets.

Option 2: Purchasing products separately

• For every 5,000 THB, you are eligible for a lucky draw to purchase a Labubu Baby Art Toy worth 4,990 THB (color selection of the Art Toy is not available).

The online registration for eligible individuals to purchase products in Option 2 will open for only 10 rounds* per day. Each round will have 25 participants eligible to purchase under this option. For every 5,000 THB spent, you will be entered into the lucky draw to purchase the Labubu Baby Art Toy, with a maximum of 4 lucky draws per person per day.

Lucky Draw Terms for Purchasing the Labubu Baby Art Toy:

• Spend a minimum of 5,000 THB to receive 1 lucky draw entry per bill.
• The maximum number of entries per person is 4 per day.
• Purchases must be made within the time slot of a successful registration.

How the Lucky Draw for Purchasing the Labubu Baby Art Toy Works:

• To enter the lucky draw for the chance to purchase a Labubu Baby Art Toy worth 4,990 THB, participants will draw from a box containing 6 balls, giving a 1 in 6 chance of winning.
• If the first draw wins the chance to purchase, a second draw will be required to determine the color of the Labubu Baby Art Toy you can buy.
• If you do not win the draw, you will receive a 1,000 THB voucher (Maximum 4 vouchers for 4 draw entries).
• The voucher can be used for purchases from other collections, with a minimum purchase of 3,000 THB. It cannot be used as a discount for purchasing items from the Labubu Baby - RAVIPA x The Monsters collection under any circumstances.

• If a participant wins more than one draw entry (multiple winning entries), the winner can select up to 2 choices, but the selections must be made before the lucky draw begins.

Choice 1: Grab the ball and place it back inside the box. (In case you have more than one chance to draw, this method allows you to purchase more than one Labubu Baby Art Toy.)

• If you win the chance to purchase the Labubu Baby Art Toy, you must place the ball back into the box before the next draw. You will then draw again to randomly select the color of the Labubu Baby Art Toy, based on the number of winning entries you have.
• If you do not win the chance to purchase the Labubu Baby Art Toy, you must also place the ball back into the box before proceeding with the next draw, according to the number of entries you have.

Choice 2: Grab a ball but do not return it to the box (in this case, you will be eligible to purchase only 1 Labubu Baby Art Toy).

• If you have more than 1 eligibility, and you draw a ticket but have not won the right to purchase the Labubu Baby Art Toy, you do not need to return the ball to the box for the next draw.
• If you have more than 1 eligibility, and you win the right to purchase the Labubu Baby Art Toy on the first draw, any remaining draw rights will immediately be converted into a voucher.
• If you win the right to purchase the Labubu Baby Art Toy, you must draw a second time to determine the color of the Labubu Baby Art Toy that you will purchase.
• The draw will be done one person at a time.

1. You can purchase items from the RAVIPA X The Monsters collection during the period from November 28 to December 1, 2024, according to the time slots specified when you make your reservation. Once a time slot has been reserved, it cannot be changed later.

2. *Labubu Baby Purchase Time Slots

• Slot 1: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Slot 2: 12:00 PM – 01:00 PM
• Slot 3: 01:00 PM – 02:00 PM
• Slot 4: 02:00 PM – 03:00 PM
• Slot 5: 04:00 PM – 05:00 PM
• Slot 6: 05:00 PM – 06:00 PM
• Slot 7: 06:00 PM – 07:00 PM
• Slot 8: 07:00 PM – 08:00 PM
• Slot 9: 08:00 PM – 09:00 PM
• Slot 10: 09:00 PM – 10:00 PM

In case of late arrival, if the last person in that time slot has entered the store, the company will consider it as disqualification immediately.

3. The company reserves the right to award, cancel, or reclaim any rights, including seeking compensation for fraudulent, counterfeit, or deceptive actions to gain rights or prizes.

4. In case of a dispute, the organizer’s decision will be final and binding. Only those who comply with the terms and conditions will be eligible for the rights.

5. Winners who receive a participation ticket for the fan signing event cannot transfer their right to others. If the same name appears more than once, the winner will only be eligible for the event once.

6. The company reserves the right to modify rights and conditions without prior notice.

7. By participating in this event, participants agree to the collection, storage, use, transfer, and disclosure of personal data or any information used for announcing winners, advertising, and public relations activities, as well as marketing events and related activities.

8. All participants must cooperate and adhere to the rules set by Ravipa Jewelry Co., Ltd.. By participating in the event, you acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions without any objections.

9. If any action violates or intends to damage or tarnish the brand's reputation or the collection's image, the company reserves the right to disqualify the participant and take legal action to claim any damages immediately. The company may change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
